True Essence by Brian Nori
True Essence — a print of Brian Nori's triptych painting on the dimensions that compose us. Available as small or large paper print.
About the piece
"In 'True Essence,' I delve into the quintessential questions about our existence, inviting viewers to ponder the core of their own being. This piece is a triptych of the self — a representation of the dimensions that compose us: mind, body, and spirit, each occupying a third of the canvas."
"The upper third symbolizes the mind and the boundless energy of the electromagnetic spectrum. At the centre, a human skull represents our body, the mortal vessel. The lower third is anchored by a pyramid — an ancient symbol resonating with the frequencies of 3, 6, and 9 — signifying the spirit, the etheric essence that interlinks us with universal consciousness."
"This artwork is an invitation to acknowledge that we are a microcosm of the macrocosm — interconnected with everything and embodying the universe in our very essence."

About the artist
Brian Nori
Self-taught Canadian visionary artist based in Sudbury, Ontario, where he runs Nori Gallery. His path into painting opened after a 2012 MS diagnosis led him into the Peruvian Amazon to live and work with the Shipibo people and the Temple of the Way of Light — an experience that reshaped his perception of life and his practice. His work explores the conscious and subconscious mind through painting, projection mapping, and emerging technologies, with the intention of inspiring new perspectives of self-discovery and healing across mind, body, and spirit.
