  • Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • We don’t offer refunds — exchanges and store credit only, except for damaged or incorrect items
  • Exchanges are also welcome in person at 333 Bloor St W

  • Opened food, teas, and consumables
  • Body jewelry, yoni eggs, and personal hygiene pieces
  • Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect?

  • Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo
  • We’ll make it right — replacement, credit, or refund, at no cost to you

Pieces shipped by our makers

  • Items that ship directly from a maker follow that maker’s own policy — summarized below
  • Approved returns travel straight back to the maker — we provide the address when we arrange it

  • Returnable within 30 days, unused and in original packaging
  • A return authorization number is required — we arrange it for you
  • Return shipping is at your expense, prepaid and tracked

  • Panels: returnable within 30 days in as-new condition, original packaging
  • Masks and worn wellness devices: final sale for hygiene reasons
  • Manufacturer warranties of 2–5 years apply by model — warranty claims also start with us

  • Each piece is handmade by the artist — exchange options are confirmed with the maker case by case
  • Damaged on arrival? Email us within 5 days with photos and we’ll arrange it

  • Returnable within 30 days, unopened and unused
  • Return shipping is at your expense; original shipping isn’t refunded
  • Liquid paints damaged by winter freezing aren’t returnable — consider timing cold-season orders

  • Full refund within 14 days of delivery, or exchange / store credit within 30 days
  • New and unused, with original packaging and tags
  • Return shipping is at your expense
WAANDS
  • Final sale — as intimate wellness pieces, they can’t be returned or exchanged
  • Damaged on arrival? Email us within 5 days with photos and we’ll arrange a claim
