Small studio on British Columbia's Salt Spring Island hand-finishing 3D-printed sculptures and figurines from PLA — a biodegradable plastic made from corn starch. The silk-finish multi-coloured filaments give each piece a luminous, iridescent quality, and because the pieces are weather-friendly they hold up in garden settings as well as on bookshelves and altars.
