Brewing
Stovetop chai: simmer 2 tsp in 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water with sweetener for 5-7 minutes. Cup brew: steep 1 tsp in freshly boiled water for 4-5 minutes, then add milk and sweetener. Excellent as a chai latte with any milk — dairy, oat, almond, or coconut.
