• Focus Blend: Cognitive blend for sharpening mental clarity — a great mid-day pick-me-up. Lion's mane (fruiting body, Canada), gotu kola (Sri Lanka), skullcap (Canada), Canadian honey, apple cider vinegar, filtered water.
• Immunity Blend: Sweet, soothing blend for warmth and resilience through the colder months. Made with classical immune-supporting herbs and mushrooms.

Suggested use

Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) as needed, or 1-3 times per day. Can be taken straight, mixed with water or sparkling water, drizzled on salads as a dressing, or used as a vinegar in cooking.

Contains honey — not suitable for children under 1 year. Detox blend contains milk thistle — those with autoimmune conditions or on certain medications should consult a healthcare provider before use. Focus blend contains skullcap — avoid in pregnancy.
