Tradition
Kananga water has long been used in Latin American and Caribbean spiritual traditions — particularly Espiritismo and similar practices — as an aromatic offering to ancestors and beloved departed, and as a blessing cologne. The ylang ylang base gives it a soft, sweet, floral character distinct from heavier perfumes.
How to use
Splash a small amount in a spiritual bath. Add a tablespoon or two to a floor wash. Wear as a light cologne. Leave a small cup on an ancestor altar or shrine as a traditional offering.
