About hemp hearts
Hemp hearts are the soft inner seeds of industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa), with the outer shells removed. Industrial hemp is grown specifically for seeds, fibre, and oil — not for psychoactive content. THC levels in hemp hearts are well below the legal threshold of 0.3%.
