F**k It - (Revised Edition)

$22.99

Parkin's premise: most of what we suffer over doesn't actually matter, and the moment we say "f**k it" to our fixations, much of the suffering quietly leaves with them. He calls it the Western expression of an Eastern idea — letting go, finding freedom in not minding so much.

Parkin frames "F**k It" as a practical mantra rather than a self-help system: a way of catching the moments when stress, anxiety, or other-people's-opinions take over, and choosing not to grip. Drawn from his work running F**k It Retreats with his wife Gaia in Italy, the book moves between practical observation and Daoist-flavoured reflection. The revised and updated edition adds new chapters and reflections on the world post-2020. Deceptively simple — funny, profane, and built around a single liberating idea applied across work, relationships, money, and ageing.
