Damiana has been used in Mesoamerican herbal tradition since the time of the Aztec Empire. Traditionally valued as an aphrodisiac, a relaxant, and a digestive aromatic — long-used in teas, tinctures, and herbal smoking blends across Mexico and Central America for its emotionally uplifting character.
Suggested use
Brew 1 tsp per cup with freshly boiled water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes. Can also be used in herbal smoking blends or added to herbal tincture formulas.
