About cashews

The name 'cashew' comes from the Portuguese word caju, derived from the Tupi-Guaraní acaju. The cashew tree is native to northeast Brazil — when the Portuguese began spreading it across their colonial network in the 16th century, it became established across India, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Store in a cool, dry pantry. Refrigerate after opening for longer freshness.
