How to use

Apply a few drops to the affected area and massage in gently. Can also be used as a base for making tinctures, creams, ointments, compresses, or poultices. For external use only.

About Mexican arnica

Mexican arnica (Heterotheca inuloides) has been used medicinally across North and Central America for centuries. It's often used in Europe as a substitute for the scarcer Arnica montana when formulating topical skincare for a soothing effect.
