Traditional uses

Each herb brings its own tradition — moringa from Ayurveda and African herbal practice, dandelion root from European folk medicine, nettle as a Western nourishing tonic, and tulsi as one of the most sacred herbs in Ayurveda. Together they form an antioxidant-rich, deeply nutritive blend.

Suggested use

Whisk 1-2 tablespoons into hot water or steamed milk. One to two cups per day. Drink as a daily ritual cup — best in the morning or as an afternoon pause.
