Traditional uses
Each ingredient brings its own deep tradition — cacao from Mesoamerica (3,000+ years), maca and lucuma from the high Andes (cultivated by the Inca for over two thousand years), Ceylon cinnamon from Sri Lanka and the spice routes, Himalayan salt from one of the oldest mineral deposits on earth.
Suggested use
Whisk 1-2 tablespoons into hot water or steamed milk. Drink as a daily ritual cup, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Can be enjoyed any time — and pairs beautifully with a few minutes of stillness.
