Crafted by María Mancini in Bruce Peninsula, Ontario with heirloom cacao that is directly sourced from farmers who grow it organically in the region of Soconusco, Chiapas, Mexico where Criollo cacao has been cultivated for millennia by the Maya.

The chocolate is aged with Mexican Vanilla Pompona pods that give it a sweet aroma.
