Traditional uses

Shilajit — Sanskrit for 'rock warrior' or 'destroyer of weakness' — has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years. Traditionally valued as a rejuvenating and rasayana substance, long-used in Ayurvedic practice for vitality, mineral nourishment, and as a carrier for other herbs. Naturally rich in fulvic acid and trace minerals in ionic form.

Suggested use

Take 0.5g (1/8 tsp) once daily, dissolved in warm water, milk, or nut milk. Best taken in the morning.
