Shatavari Root Powder

  • A species of asparagus common in Sri Lanka, Nepal, India, and the Himalayas. 
  • Known in Ayurvedic medicine as the "queen of herbs" and linked to women's health, promoting love and positive emotions, enhanced fertility, and regulation of the menstrual cycle.
  • It is said to restore hormonal balance in women who have fluctuating hormonal levels due to menstruation and menopause, and to alleviate premenstrual and menopausal symptoms.
  • With an estrogenic effect on the female mammary glands and reproductive system, it is believed to boost postpartum health and enhance the production of breast milk in lactating mothers.
Suggested Use: Typically prepared as a tea or in a tincture. It can also be added to smoothies or taken in capsules.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.
