Traditional uses

Across global herbal traditions, warming roots and aromatic herbs have been long-used through cold seasons — ginger and astragalus from Chinese practice, echinacea from North American Indigenous tradition, elderberry from European folk medicine. Defense draws from these classical immune-supporting traditions.

Suggested use

Hot: Simmer 1-2 tsp (5-10g) for 20-30 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey if desired. Iced: Same brewing, then chill or pour over ice.
