  • It is actually the small, globular fruit of the plant.

  • In Ayurvedic medicine, it is often combined with caraway and cardamom seeds for use as a digestive tonic.
  • It is described as having a warm, nutty, citrusy flavour.

Suggested Use: Coriander is a spice used commonly in garam masala and other India curries, as well as in pickling spice recipes and sausages. Roasting or heating the seeds in a pan will heighten the flavour and pungency. 
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a sealed container.
