Suggested Use: Do NOT put catnip in boiling water. Bring the water to a boil and remove from heat for a minute before beginning the steeping process.
Catnip can be consumed as a tea, tincture, infusion, or poultice. For your feline friends, create a Catnip toy or sprinkle some in a dish to enjoy. Catnip essential oil has been used as fragrance or culinary flavoring and most recently become popularized as a natural insect repellant.
