How to use

Put 1-2 drops on each hand and place your hands under the breasts. Breast tissue extends from the breastbone to the underarms, and from below the collarbone to the sixth or seventh rib. Massage inward and upward in slow, circular motions, gradually covering the entire chest. Breast massage may be done at any point in the cycle, based on your comfort. Use this time to become familiar with the feel of your own breasts.
