Ingredients

• Organic green tea (Camellia sinensis)

Suggested use

Brew 1 tsp per cup with water heated to about 70-80°C (well below boiling). Steep for 1-2 minutes only — sencha turns bitter if oversteeped. Can be re-steeped 2-3 times, with steeping time slightly longer each round.

Store in a cool, dry place in a well-sealed container. Keep away from direct sunlight.
